Hartung Farms provides several amenities for the well-being of the neighborhood, as well as security for assets within the Hartung Farms community.
Common Land
The common land is for the shared benefit of the neighborhood, and is not included with personal property of each homeowner. Lawn clippings and other debris are not to be deposited on the common land. Extensions of your landscaping into the common land are not to be made without the express written permission of the architectural committee. Motorized vehicles are not permitted on common land. Occasional access through the commons for maintenance of your property is allowed, so long as the commons are immediately repaired to their original state.
Amenities
- Swimming Pool with restrooms, umbrellas and lounge chairs for sunbathing.
- A Recreation Center with limited kitchen facilities, tables and chairs. The facility is available for family events, HOA meetings, and special events for homeowners.
- Two regulation tennis courts open year around. They are for tennis and pickle ball only. They are for Hartung Farms residents and accompanied guests. No pets are allowed on the courts.
- A lake for small boats (small electric motors allowed). Fishing is permitted, but it must be catch and release only.
- The Common Land.
Community Center
The Recreation Center is available for use by Hartung Farms homeowners between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including clean-up time. No commercial activity is permitted. Note that use of the pool is not exclusive to Recreation Center users.
A nonrefundable fee of $30 is charged.
