Each homeowner should receive a facilities key from the previous homeowner. If not, the new resident may acquire a key through Carrie Stevens for $25.00. The key opens the pool area, the tennis courts and Recreation Center bathrooms. If you rent the Recreation Center, a separate key will be provided. CAUTION: If you lose your key, a replacement key can be ordered from Carrie for $50.00.

The Recreation Center is available for use by Hartung Farms homeowners from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including clean‐up time. No commercial activity is permitted. Note that use of the pool area is not exclusive to Rec Center users. Rental fee is $30 with a $200 refundable cleaning & key deposit.
