Pool Rules

  1. The Safety rope at the 3-foot mark must remain in place at all times. Playing with the rope or on the rope is not allowed. The $300.00 fine imposed by the state will be paid by the pool user who has disconnected the rope, should the State Inspector arrive to find it not in place.
  2. Absolutely no guests are allowed in the pool area without the homeowner present.
  3. No horseplay, running or diving is allowed.
  4. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. Drinks in the pool area must be in non-breakable containers. FOOD AND DRINK MAY NEVER BE CARRIED INTO THE POOL. Food can be eaten at the tables.
  6. Courteous and considerate behavior is expected of ALL pool users at ALL times. Foul language, loud radios and rudeness will not be tolerated. The offender should be addressed immediately and if the behavior is repeated AT ANY TIME, the problem should be brought to the Board’s attention. The offender may have his/her pool privileges revoked.
  7. The use of large, inflatable rafts, torpedo’s, balls and “soaker” squirt guns are prohibited.
  8. The pool is for the use and enjoyment of Hartung families; please limit guests accordingly.
  9. No pets allowed in the fenced area.
